Our manufacturing facility was established in 2014, mainly involved in the operation and sales of monitoring equipment and media player. Product Reliability Verification
AOI Testing 100% for each board
1. Checks for solder paste conditions.
2. Checks for components down to 0201 package.
3. Checks for missing components, offset, incorrect parts, polarity, warp, bent pins...
X-RAY Inspection
1. Defect inspection in IC encapsulation, e.g.: layer separation, cracking, void, and line integrity.
2. Possible defects in PCBA manufacturing processes, e.g.: misalignment, solder bridge and open. Especially for BGA and QFN components.
3. SMT solder short, cold solder, component shifted, solder insufficient, solder void inspection and measurement.
Function test for each board
To have function testing depends on our customers requirement, we will work together with your engineer to implement functional testing details such as test scope and instructions, test jig design. Our engineer will analyze your PCBA projects and offer some suggestion if you have no idea how to make effective function testing. Normally the testing result can be collected by a computer or recorded manually. If the PCBA board does not pass the testing, repair engineer will check the failure cause and fix it.
Aging Testing
To ensure the finished product's performance and stability of quality, aging test becomes vital. We provide 8-12 Hours and 12-24 Hours Ageing Test.
Manufacturing Centre
There are 6,000 square meters and more than 150 employees. We have 5 SMT production lines, 2 DIP production lines, 2 functional testing production lines, 2 finished product assembly lines, and many advanced testing instruments include Automatic air shower, X-RAY inspection, Oven, Reflow Soldering, Test Tools.
