FAQ
1. Must DIY battery packs be balanced before assembly?
Yes, DIY battery pack cells must be balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Upon arrival, please test the cells within 15 days. After this period, the batteries are assumed to have no problems. Returns are only provided for unused batteries (electrode intact, no welding, no wear, and appearance is good). Buyers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
2. What happens in case of missing or damaged items during shipping?
Please contact us first, then send us pictures or video evidence. If the cargo is lost, or the battery is damaged and cannot be used, we will coordinate with the buyer to resend, replace, or refund. If returning the cells, the buyer must cover the shipping cost.
3. Are batteries tested prior to shipping?
Yes. We perform tests on Capacity (less than 2% margin of error, and over the nominal capacity), Voltage (deviation less than 0.01V), and Resistance (deviation less than 0.05mΩ).
4. Do the batteries come with busbars and bolts?
Yes. The cells include free busbars and bolts or studs. Each individual battery comes with 1 piece of busbar and 2 pieces of bolts or studs. If you need special sizes, please contact us.
5. What situations do not qualify for a return or refund?
Returns and refunds are not provided for issues arising after assembly (e.g. protection board connected incorrectly causing battery damage, charger failure, assembly errors, unbalanced assembly) or for physical damage such as battery bulges or weld marks caused by charging without a protective BMS.
6. How can I place an order?
We accept trade assurance orders online. For RTS (Ready to Ship) products, if shipping costs to your country are specified, you can place the order and pay directly. Alternatively, provide your shipping details to our sales team, and they will create an order for you.
